Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the project has been initiated or work has already been delivered..
- Delays, cancellations, or failures caused by third-party providers, integrations, or services that are not directly controlled by The Apps Developers.
- If third-party services are involved and the third party fails to deliver, discontinues service, or backs out for any reason beyond our control.
- Lack of communication, unresponsiveness, or no show from the client for an extended period of time, resulting in project delays or inactivity.
- Requests for refunds without a valid, documented, or reasonable justification related to the quality or scope of the agreed services.
- If the work has been completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications and requirements.
Refund Review Process
To request a refund, clients must contact our support team via email at info@theappsdevelopers.com with detailed information about their concerns.
Once a refund request is submitted:
Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or adjustments. If a resolution cannot be achieved, the refund request will be reviewed by our management team. If approved, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the completed work and delivered milestones. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Ownership of Work After Refund
If a refund is approved and processed, The Apps Developers will retain full ownership rights to all delivered work, designs, source files, and materials. The client agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of any work associated with the refunded project.
Account Area
The Account Area is an easy way for you to communicate with us. It is your responsibility to check this area for any questions, concerns, or additional instructions for your designer. Not checking the Account Area regularly will not be a valid reason for a refund. Quality Assurance Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, our designers strictly follow the specifications you provide in the order form.
- Thorough Research: We conduct thorough research to guarantee the quality and uniqueness of each design.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We will offer you free multiple revisions to your final design if you are not satisfied with it. You’re 100% happy with it, we will keep on revising the design.
- Coordination with Printing Companies: We will help you coordinate with your printing company if necessary.
Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to your Account Area by the date mentioned in the "Order Confirmation." You will also receive an email to let you know that your design order has been delivered.
- Revision & Refund Policies: All policies regarding revisions and refunds are based on the date and time when your design order is delivered to your Account Area.
- Standard Delivery: We deliver all customized design orders via email within 2 to 3 days after receiving your order.
- Rush Delivery: If you need your logo samples faster, we offer a RUSH DELIVERY service. For an extra $75, you can receive your first logo samples within 24 hours!

Record Maintenance
We keep a record of your finalized design after we deliver the final files. If you ever need the final files, just let us know, upon request we can always share them with you.
Communication Policy
You agree that The Apps Developers is not responsible for any emails or messages that come from addresses that do not end with our official domain (i.e. info@theappsdevelopers.com) or any toll free numbers not listed on our website. We are not liable for any damages caused by such communications. We only take responsibility for communications sent from our official email addresses or the toll-free number mentioned on the The Apps Developers website.

Reactivation Policy
We cannot process or refund any orders if a client does not respond for 45 days. If you have a personal issue, you can email us to request a hold on your project. If you have been non responsive for more than 45 days, you will be charged an additional $150 to reactivate your project.
